Lookalike domain check

For domains you own or are authorized to protect. Use this on your own brand, your employer's domains, or a client you are engaged to defend. Umbra generates likely lookalikes of the domain (character swaps, missing or doubled letters, keyboard slips, ASCII homoglyphs, hyphen and -login/-secure variants, other TLDs) and checks which ones resolve in DNS. It does not contact the lookalike sites, and it does not register, report or take down anything. See acceptable use.

Plan check

Nothing is looked up yet. The next page shows the plan: one seed, one collector (lookalike_domains). DNS queries are sent only when you press Confirm & run collectors, and the results open as a case only you (and site operators) can see.

A miss is not a clean result. The check covers a bounded set of variants (about 60 per domain), not every possible lookalike. A variant that does not resolve today may still be registered, parked, or switched on tomorrow; a resolving one is not proof of abuse. Sources that fail are listed as unknown, not clean.
